Appetiser. Some sort of fish with soya sauce, not sure what.

Ebi Tempura. This is really fantastic!
Steamed Asari clams.
Chawanmushi. There're bits of orange peel in it, which makes for a unique and fragrant taste.
Uni sushi @ $20. Real good. Gotta be careful with uni because if it's not fresh, it'll be yucky.
Mekajiki Sashimi.
