When Sleep Tight Does Not Equal Sleep Well

Good Night, Sleep Tight

This common well-used phrase at bedtime does not seem to apply to me especially during this stage of pregnancy.

When I lay on my back, my tummy felt tight with the baby's weight on me, and I had to change my sleeping position to make myself more comfortable.
When I lay on my right side, my right hip bone felt painful after a while, I had to change my sleeping position again.
When I lay on my left side, my left hip bone felt painful after a while, I had to change my sleeping position yet again.

This will go on every few hours in the night until the day break.

When the leg cramps come into play just like today, I was so drained that I knew I just have to take the rest at home today!
