The 1st massage didn't work very well. I felt cheated - the sessions were painful, ineffective and expansive! Then, after the 10 unbearable sessions, I managed to get a very popular massage lady. She was very experienced (17 years) and in just one session I could see the difference!
Have been keeping my stomach under wraps for a few weeks already... the wrapping miraculously worked but not for very long. Lots of self-discipline is required if I were to regain my pre-preggie figure and I'm wondering when will that day arrive? My time to return to work is almost up and I'm considering alternatives to speed up the process but let's just keep it under wrap first till the desperation sets in! :P
