Can you believe it? This boy of mine enjoys watching car reviews, esp DC's car and his uncle's car! He could now roam the YouTube at ease and click on any videos that he wanted to watch! He started YouTube watching when DC was in Shanghai and he is now not interested in the videos we placed in the video library and is constantly looking for new and more interesting ones than those in his video library!
I introduced him to Elmo and his songs and he seemed to quite like this character and, of course his songs. :)
I have to admit that both DC and I were too lazy to start toilet training him even though he was at a very ripe age. We actually made up our mind to do so very soon and got a potty that looks like the real toilet bowl for him. To our surprise, one night he pulled me and walked into the toilet. He took off his pants and told me he wanted to pee! My son has grown up! Since that day, he goes to the toilet to poo too...
He always wanted to carry his mei mei and one day, he attempted and both fell down when his sister struggled. A big bump ended up on B's forehead! Haha...
We brought him and B to Sentosa every weekend and he likes to go there. By the third trip, he sorta recognized the journey there and could tell us the direction! Wow!
He did not attend childcare last week as he was having flu. It's been a long time since he last fall sick! He's now having slight cough, I hope it'll not persist!
This month, A went to a play called the "Big Turnip" (or something like that). His teacher said that he enjoyed it very much. I'm glad he could sit through the play. Does this mean that we could bring him to the movies during the June holidays? Hmm...

B is 17 months old
This little girl said "No" almost all the time. Only to food, she'll say either "OK" or "Yes"! Her language skills were developing nicely and she could say a lot of words now, "A, B, C", "want", "don't want", etc... She called herself "Mei Mei" and knew that she was "B.." She used to call Micky Mouse "Mi Mi Mi", now she said "Mi Mi Mou". :)
She liked soft toys and would kiss them whenever she had one in her hands. Her favorite character was still Hello Kitty but she liked Minnie Mouse, Pooh Bear and Elmo now too.
She had preference over which pair of shoes to wear and she dictates what to wear. And, she's still only willing to wear one hair clip, which was the Hello Kitty one.
This girl loved to climb up and down and throw things about! She was getting cheekier and gave a grin when she did things she knew I didn't like!
She loved to bathe and is not afraid of showering her head now. DC bought a lot of bath toys for her and now, she didn't want to come out of her shower!
She developed flu and was vomiting and coughing. Her brother too, so one of the days we brought both of them to the doctor's together. She was on nebuliser last week.
She slept through the night for most of the days this week and I wasn't sure if that was due to the medication. I still brought her to my bed to sleep with me when she woke up in the middle of the night or in the early morning. She sleeps with my hands holding her and when she wakes up, she'll greet with a loud "Mummy" and kiss me. :) Such a sweetie!
This month, we went to Sentosa every week, we brought her to the underwater world and she liked the fishes! :) She was however a little afraid of the sea lion and she'll say "怕怕" (scared scared). It made me smile to see her patting her chest and say "怕怕"! She's cute! :)

It was quite a while since DC and I last caught a movie together. :) This was showing for almost a month and it was one of DC's most watched movies, of course he chose this. It was, to me, another action-packed movie. I rather enjoyed it actually...

My LV Noé BB
DC placed a big brown box on the bed yesterday.
Haha, it was obvious enough for me to see it when I came out of the bathroom after shower!
And in it contained a bag that I wanted! In fact, this was new in town. DC told me that this was the only piece that just came in today! :)
Tata, the new re-invented LV IT bag - Noé BB!
I've to admit that I wanted yellow color initially, however this color, like what DC says is really a much better match with clothes. I thought his decision may be a wiser one.
Thanks hubby for the anniversary gift! I LVoe it! :)

Free again
My disappearance says it all... I have been busy and very busy with work these 2 weeks!
Finally, one of the loads (Audit) was taken off today and I can now concentrate more on the other projects that I was working on. It was a relief, you couldn't imagine the stress that built up over the past 2 weeks! I was so 'lucky' to have been picked 2 projects (out of 3) to be audited and I was the one responsible for coordinating with the auditor and getting ready the venue, presentation venue and materials for the day!
It was a happy day for me too, cos I didn't have to bother about work after work! :) It's been such a long while!
I'm having flu and sore throat now. Now that my audit was done, I was thinking if I should take a day off to stay at home to rest...

Bring Mei Mei Home
Today, we deviated from our usual night routine. Instead of going to the baby sitter's place to fetch B, we went home to drop off our maid first. We told A that B would be staying over at her nanny's place. A got exasperated and anxious and wouldn't let us do that. He insisted on fetching his mei mei home and kept asking for "mei mei"!
That got us quite surprised. At home, A was always "teaching his mei mei lessons", either by hitting her or scolding her. We thought A wouldn't care about her. So, he did care!
We assured him that we will go to the chalet (where B was, with the nanny) and bring mei mei home. He listened, and finally believed when we drove off after the maid alighted. Then, he smiled. :)
I guess that's what family is all about. Annoying when in sight but always wanting when out of sight! :)
