Got my K850i back from repair today. The key pad got irritably insensitive very often as and when it likes.
After the repair, the phone was still insensitive but now not as frequent as before. I checked and all they did was a software upgrade. So, I didn't even bother to go back to them to resolve the issue. Just hope that it will not act up again.
