Petrol Price Hike

Saw this when I was at a clinic. There were lots of others pasted on the wall but this particular one caught my attention. Ha! Now that there's a petrol price hike, even going malaysia for petrol will not be much cheaper, does this comic drawing provide a solution for the current situation? I don't know... What did you do to combat the price hike?
