Irritating mosquitoes! How to get rid of them? Baby is already a victim, now me. I hate mozzies!

[Updated on 28 May 2010: My PIL came back from Taiwan with lemongrass insect oil. We've tried it for a couple days, so far so good except that the smell is a little too strong. :) Then, I saw from TV that placing a bowl of detergent will help stop the breeding of mosquitoes. I haven't tried that, maybe you could and let me know if it works! ]
