Here's 5 reasons why I love this "little red dot" on the map:
1. Singapore is clean and green. Although countries like Taiwan and Japan are also very clean, but the glorious greenery is something that is unique in this garden city. I always thought something is missing when I was overseas and can't find any bins and trees around. The roads just look too bare without the trees and bins!
2. Singapore is managed by a strong and clean government, not corrupted and no major political scrambles. The result is a prospered and secured nation that we sometimes take for granted.
3. Singapore has an rich mix of culture with the different races living together in harmony. Racial riot was long history, hope she stays peaceful always.
4. Singapore is vibrant and getting exciting with new attractions like the Singapore Flyer, Peranakan Musuem, the first F1 night race coming soon next month, the Integrated Resorts in 2009 and the Youth Olympic Games in 2010.
5. The most important reason... My loved ones are all here in Singapore. Without them, all the above reasons are meaningless.
