Seeing that B recovered from her runny nose, we brought her to her 1 year old vaccination as scheduled. B has her MMR and Hep A jabs today on her left hand and right hand respectively. She didn't cry as hard as the previous times, maybe it's not as painful on the hands as compared to the thighs?
When I told my mum about it, she told me off and said I should have scheduled the two jabs on different days! :( Yes mum, no next time! Actually, the Hep A wasn't scheduled, it was a suggestion from the doc as she said the Hep A jab wouldn't cause fever and so we took it.
Doc advised that fever may come within these 3 days, if not in the next 7-10 days and rashes may appear but there is no need for alarm. This is depending on individual. She's fine today, we just have to watch out for the next few days/week.
[15 Jan 2013: High fever sets in on Saturday and it went up from 37.6ºC to 38.4ºC to 39.1ºC! Fortunately, it came down and was gone on Monday.]
