What better way to celebrate then back at Tatsuya? This time, we made sure we arrived early because we wanted to try the omakase!
Starter.
Sea bream with urchin
Assorted sashimi. The salmon belly was fantastic. The flowers were minty, dipped in the soy sauce and eaten with the sashimi.
Salmon belly and swordfish belly sushi. Never had swordfish belly before, it was great!
Musk melon. 无与伦比的甜蜜!
Caramel ice-cream. Not overly sweet. Nice!
