The ST A Part of My Life Contest

Went Esplanade to participate in the "A Part of My Life" contest organised by the Straits Times. Every day in the week, participants are supposed to search for and cut out 2 jigsaw puzzle pieces from the papers and paste the pieces on the contest entry form in order to enter the lucky draw. The first prize is a Sony 60-inch LCD TV. DC and I thought that we had good chance (in fact better chance than toto) esp. when our names were not announced for the smaller prizes but sigh! Nope, after 2 hrs of standing and listening to the emcee cracking silly jokes, we did not win any of the prizes. What a disappointment! What's worse was that after all the standing, DC was seriously sick because of the lack of sleep! It took him quite a long while to recover.
