It's a little complicated, I've always have difficulty explaining this clearly to the people who asked. To know, you've to know the difference between these hr terms: outsourced, permanent, direct, contract, temp, third party (and hmmm, is there a term called the "fourth party"?).
In short, I've moved on to a new company but ended up in the same place, i.e. my office and almost everything else remains the same!? This move involved quite a few critical people from the relevant offices and luck plays a great part too. I was blessed to be in the right place at the right time, Thank God! :)
