Arts Central telecasted the last episode of D'Grayman today! It really caught both of us off-guarded. The ending was rather abrupt. We were always eargerly waiting for Fri to come so that we could watch the next episode and were getting so very excited about the increasingly challenging battles and now this... How could the producers stop the production after the Excorists won the victory against the level 4 Akuma?? DC did a search on the Internet and found out that the manga is still ongoing and apparently the anime reached a standstill cos the manga story has not advanced very much from the last episode shown today. Since the anime follows very closely to the manga, it was difficult for the the producers to carry on without the story.
"How is Allen Walker and Mana related to the Ancient Family?", "Who will survive the final battle against the Earl?" "Who's the heart - Lena Lee or Alan Walker?" I still these questions unanswered... I hope there will be a next one soon...
