Halloween @ TCC

It about Halloween time, what exactly it means, I'm not too sure but some retail outlets have started following this tradition by dressing up their stores and staff to the theme. Well, it does add a bit of fun actually. TCC @ Bugis Junction is one of them. Nicely decorated, great costumes!
