...and we brought him out today for his immunisation jab! Or so we wanted but didn't manage to jab him in the end as the appointment was postponed to next month.
The doc did his development assessment. Still smaller and lighter than his peers but we were happy to hear that he is growing well. He has put on good weight and grown taller. :)
This is the first time DC and me bring the baby out. We prepared everything we think was necessary but didn't expect a queue at the clinic and so, didn't prepare baby's milk powder. He started throwing his tantrums to express his hunger when he was in the consultation room but luckily we managed to stop him from wailing until we reached home. Phew!
He has been acting very abnormally this week - always throwing up his milk after each feed no matter how many times we burped him, face flushed and crying non-stop all the time, every position that we hold him doesn't seem to make him happy - and many a times we were confused and at a loss of what to do! Even the confinement lady - one with 20+ years experience - didn't always succeed in quieting him down!
Second day on our own today since auntie was gone, we went through some trials and errors and are beginning to understand better what he wants, I'm sure we can manage very well on our own. :)
