Go with the flow? No way!

No way if the flow is slow, I mean.

Although the milk supply has been increasing steadily but it is still slow. I need the flow to be more rapid so that I can have the abundant supply to meet the baby's needs. After hearing good feedback about this Malay masseuse, I decided to engage her to help clear the blocked ducts, relieve the engorged breasts and to get as much advice on lactation as I can from a different perspective.

It's so convenient - massage in the comfort of my home. All I need to prepare is a mattress (or mat to lie on), a big towel, a small towel and a cloth diaper.

The session proved to be fruitful. I've doubled the supply since and it's really not as painful as it sounds. Only those blocked areas hurt but once unblocked, it's relaxing again... I love hot stone massages, so tempted to buy a stone back!

The masseuse was even very kind to offer to buy a type of vegetable that malays take to increase milk supply for me the next session, much to my surprise. I look forward to the next session... the massages, the veg and more milk supply! :)
