5 Megapixel ... Phone?

Yes, it's the Sony Ericsson K850i. I have been impressed with Sony E K750i years back when it came out. It offered 2 MP resolution with auto-focus. Auto-focus is the most important in camera phones. Without this, most pictures turn out blurred.

Now that it has evolved to a 5 MP monster, I decided it's time to have some quality phone camera pictures as well. Called up Starhub, received a $100 voucher. Sold off my 1 yr old SE W850i at $195. Quite a steal as I bought it at $99!

Damage for new phone - $93 with 2yrs contract.

Shutter lag still lose out to mainstream cameras but quality is really comparable. Oh boy, even handphone photos look delectable now.
