Bakerzin ... The First ... and Last

Finally decided to try out Bakerzin about 2 weeks back. Although we weren't too impressed with the menu selections ... well, we had almost too much of TCC and Coffee Club.

When we made our orders, we asked for ice water to be served.

Waiter: We only serve mineral water.
Me: Oh, you mean you don't serve ice water?
Waiter: We only serve mineral water.
(Me thinking: Are u a robot or what?)
Me (slightly irritated): Oh, that sucks!

And I guess this will be my last time here. As expected, we had a hard time choosing our food, not because they all look too delicious but they are so boring. Mainly pasta ...

I finally settled on ham pizza. Bad choice. The crust is not what you expected of a thin-crusted pizza. Instead, it's what you find on those chicken, tuna pies you get at Delifrance.



CP tried out Seafood Pasta ... again nothing to shout about. Try once and forget.


And this really takes the cake. Affogato - a whopping $6.90++. Secret Recipe had it for $4.90 and Dome has it for $4.10.
